Jay Pasko is a Catholic School boy who graduated from Archbishop Curly High School, and rode his exceptional lacrosse prowess to a scholarship at the University of Maryland in College Park, where he graduated in 1994. While at Maryland, Jay was a first rate lacrosse player for Coach Dick Edell, and the perennially nationally ranked Terrapin Lacrosse Team. Ever since his arrival at College Park, Jay has been a staunch and loyal Terp.

Jay attended the Widner University School of Law and graduated in 1999 where his excellent trial skills earned him the Law School’s 1999 trial advocacy award. Following graduation, Jay clerked in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County for Administrative Judge John Grason Turnbull II, and for Judge Barbara Kerr Howe. Based on their excellent recommendations, Jay joined Turnbull, Mix & Farmer in 1999.

Civil and criminal litigation have been the two areas that Jay has concentrated in since starting his foray into the practice of law. When the firm of Turnbull, Mix & Farmer dissolved in 2004, Jay joined with Doug Sachse to form the Law Offices of Douglas T. Sachse. Since that time, he has spent most of his professional life in the various court houses in Baltimore City and County, and the neighboring counties, where he has earned an unparalleled reputation for first rate representation.
